- Was there anything you didn't like?The customer service is bad in the lobby. Two times different employee both are rude. I requested my refund for the night that I don’t spend Time there. Because one of the employees was rude with my friend and don’t let him in, when the first employee said he doesn’t need his info in the reservation.
