- What did you like most?The Location was great, right in the heart of Houston, close to Galleria, but was relatively quiet and accessible. The room we paid for was a good size and had a sitting area, which was very useful.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Breakfast was as basic as it gets. The lifts were not working and had not been fixed at our departure, despite promises to the contrary. The level of cleanliness was not very high and the carpets had a musty, old smell about them. The use of smelly mops left an unsavoury smell in the air. The room was not regularly cleaned and we had to insist before someone came to clean it after 2 days.
