- Was there anything you didn't like?We had an issue Christmas Eve with a clogged toilet. They didn’t have a plunger, couldn’t figure out how to call someone and kept promising someone would come to the room and that they had “escalated” the situation. Then no one contacted us until we would call back in an hour. Same response —they would call us soon for several hours and then they wouldn’t reach out again. They offered us a new room in the middle of the night but we opted to just let them fix it in the morning. Didn’t feel like much of a luxury experience for the price of the room
