Every reservation is subject to a $100.00 security deposit authorization upon check in. This authorization is released back to the guest upon checkout and inspection of the room. The release takes between 3-5 days to reflect on the guests card. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and supplements will apply.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of USD 200.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
