Hotel is adequate and good...
- Was there anything you didn't like?When I needed to move the date of the reservation, Booking.com was unavailable by phone for days, and the Refinery was not permitted to do so. Very inefficient, burdensome, and disruptive. Also, not enough convenient electric outlets in the room.
