The rooms and suites feature hardwood floors, double soundproof windows, and large beds with 10-inch-thick hypoallergenic mattresses and top-quality linens. The stylish bathrooms come equipped with a tub or large shower. Each room has handmade furniture designed specifically for the hotel and a bar cabinet with a teakettle for teas and herbal teas. - What did you like most?Loved the location. The staff were very attentive. Breakfast was lovely. Room was perfect
- Was there anything you didn't like?There were quite heavy construction works renovating the hotel for the duration of my stay which I was not warned about. Upon check-in I was having a sleep on my bed when a construction worker let himself into my room and quickly exited. Construction work started at 0730 with loud bangs and chasing of walls which woke me up. On my final morning prior to check out I went for a walk. When I returned there was a construction worker working in my room sanding the door. He moved out of the way but continued to work as I finished packing and collected my belongings. I had left all my possessions on the bed during my walk. I informed the reception and was told he understood but that was it.

- What did you like most?I liked the location
- Was there anything you didn't like?The bathroom smelled like sewage. The staff were aware of the issues and told us they’d disinfect the pipes and have someone look at it. The problem was never resolved and we had two separate rooms that smelled like rotten eggs. The staff was later dismissive and told us the weather in Rome makes the rooms smell. I have stayed around Rome and other parts of Italy, the hotels do not smell. There were also tiny bugs on the sheets and a large spider in the bathroom.
