Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. LOVED MY STAY, thank you!
- What did you like most?I loved the location of this hotel but more importantly, the safety measures taken to make me feel safe. You aren't able to access to hotel without getting through a locked door that they buzz you in. Also the parking lot was so spacious and I'm so glad that is part of the stay because I had a rental car. The staff were all so friendly and closeness to the beach was an added bonus...it was about a 6 min walk!
- Was there anything you didn't like?Not that I didn't like it....but I think the complimentary breakfast could be a little better considering that this hotel is recognized, has a stellar reputation, and even has it's own sign on the highways getting to Playa del Carmen.
