A cozy, welcoming stay in...
- What did you like most?Amazing location, a warm climate, and a true sense of home from the moment you arrive—largely thanks to the genuine friendliness of the employees. Even if your room is on a higher floor, the elevators are impressively fast, so there’s hardly any waiting. My room was comfortable, impeccably clean, and offered a lovely view of the vibrant Broadway district. There’s also a wonderful restaurant on the 23rd floor, with a spacious balcony overlooking the skyline. It offers complimentary breakfast, along with midday snacks and a light lunch. The overall atmosphere is exceptionally hospitable and welcoming, it truly makes you feel at home. Great value for your money!
- Was there anything you didn't like?Some aspects of the room could benefit from an update, such as the mirrors and the phone. I also had some difficulty communicating with the front desk. There is no coffee maker or kettle in the room, and amenities like coffee or tea are only available upon request. Additionally, valet service is not provided. Guests are required to drive their car a couple of Manhattan blocks to a nearby garage that collaborates with the hotel, which can be quite inconvenient, especially when managing luggage. Unless you make multiple trips between the garage and the hotel, you’ll need to carry your suitcases yourself, as the hotel will only hold them once you return.
