A disappointing 5 star hotel
- Was there anything you didn't like?Deeply disappointing experience. We paid almost €300 for one night, expecting a professional and caring service. And it was a complete disappointment. We arrived at 3:30 PM, only to be told the room was not ready, and had to wait another 30 minutes in the lobby with our one-year-old baby. Later that night, our baby, who was sick, unfortunately vomited on the bed. When we called for assistance, the manager informed us that housekeeping was off duty and that we had to clean and change the bedsheets ourselves. This response was shocking and completely unacceptable. A five-star hotel should have 24-hour support for basic hygiene and guest emergencies. We chose this hotel for its reputation and standard, but the service we received fell far short of both.
