- Was there anything you didn't like?I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the apartment I stayed in (Apartment No. 7). The property was completely misrepresented in your listing and did not meet even the most basic standards of hygiene, maintenance, or safety. Upon arrival, I found the apartment in a severely deteriorated condition. The bathroom was extremely small, with multiple areas covered in rust and mold. The heating unit was leaking water despite being switched off, causing me to slip and fall three times. The ceiling showed visible mold growth, and the sink was corroded. The bathroom door was damaged with a hole in it. Throughout the apartment, doors were punctured and worn out, the air conditioner was excessively used—making loud noises and having broken internal panels. The closet door was detached, and the ceiling had visible glue marks and holes. The bed sheets were dirty, discolored, and clearly reused. The flooring also appeared to have mold. The room phone was completely non-functional. I attempted to contact reception numerous times by pressing “0” and “Reception,” but it never worked. I had to physically go downstairs three separate times just to request slippers. When I asked for a cutting board to prepare food, no one ever provided it. Additionally, the apartment had interior stairs, forcing me to carry a 17 kg suitcase upstairs. This caused me significant physical discomfort and triggered severe pain during my menstrual cycle. The entire stay was unacceptable, unsafe, and unfit for occupancy. This experience caused me considerable physical distress and emotional frustration. I am therefore requesting a full refund for this booking due to the blatant misrepresentation of the property and the complete lack of proper maintenance and service. I expect an immediate response and resolution to this matter.
