- What did you like most?The city view from our window was absolutely amazing! We paid an additional $200 for it, and it was definitely worth it. Waking up and seeing the skyline every day made our stay extra special. As requested, our room was located away from the lift, which we truly appreciated as it provided a quieter environment for our autistic daughter. This attention to our request meant a lot to us. We also loved coming back to a beautifully prepared room after a long day of exploring the city — Doris is the best! Everything was always spotless and welcoming. The location is simply perfect. For us, it couldn’t have been better — everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The staff are very, very nice and polite, but the check-in process took quite a long time. After a long journey, especially when traveling with children, a quicker check-in would make a big difference. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, although we have to say — the waffles were amazing!
