It was extremely dirty, worn...

- Was there anything you didn't like?The rooms were extremely dirty and upon my arrival a member of the cleaning staff was casually sitting on the bed on her phone. I had to have staff change my sheets and blankets twice. While doing this, I had asked staff for assistance or a room change, they were extremely combative but even they agreed that the room was not up to par and that the conditions of my stay were unideal. They agreed that they also would not stay here and that the advertising on the website does not match how they look in person. Specifically the rooms in the basement. Our door number was a piece of tape with a letter written on it in sharpie. The bathroom toilet had black residue in it. The walls had extensive water damage. The desk chair had be been badly worn down. The fridge had old food and crumbs all over it. The floors made the bottoms of my feet black. The price was not cheap for my stay and the quality of the room was terrible. I stayed out for an extended period of time to avoid being in the room all night. I would not go here, the experience left me feeling lied to, uncomfortable, and dirty.
