- What did you like most?In my opinion NEO, should be proud of their staff, especially Sophia and Keda, they worked hard to solve all issues I had encountered Tge location of tge hotel is not bad, as it located within a mall
- Was there anything you didn't like?There are many I guess: 1. Beddings cleanness are not standard, some are looks dirty even though they are washed 2. Rooms has very low level of privacy, as some rooms has windows with curtains,, while other rooms has doors to other rooms 3. Food is mainly Indonesian, so it might not be suitable for other nationalities. 4.The building need to be humanized, put some green trees and avoid using the black color in everywhere. 5. Increase the staff, I think they are less than required. I not going to post any photos, because, I really which if I visit next time to find the hotel competing the 4 stars Good luck
