We had a nice stay...
- What did you like most?The room was very spacious and comfortable. We had great views of the city and the harbor. Just across the street from a wonderful park and close to several nice restaurants.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We had to wait after check in for our room even though it was after 4pm. The exterior is not clearly marked and we drove past it when we arrived. The passage way to the elevator from the 15th floor was absolutely freezing cold.

- Was there anything you didn't like?I recently chose to stay at your beautiful hotel during my visit to Miami, and while I had high expectations, unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. The room we were given had several issues—most notably, the air conditioning was not working properly. We had maintenance in the room for about an hour attempting to fix it, but the temporary solution didn’t last. We were eventually woken up in the middle of the night to a sweltering, uncomfortable room. Additionally, the room had a strong odor of urine, which we reported to both the maintenance team and the front desk. While the front desk did offer a late checkout as a courtesy, the heat in the room made it difficult to stay any longer. This experience was disappointing for both my husband and me, as it fell well short of the relaxing and enjoyable stay we had anticipated.
