Below expectations and not worth the price.
- What did you like most?The location is excellent, and the front desk staff were polite, even though the underlying issues with the rooms were never properly resolved.
- Was there anything you didn't like?After two room changes, we continued to experience serious maintenance and sanitation issues, including constant noise and a sewage odor, with no meaningful resolution. Management’s dismissive responses reflect a pattern seen in prior reviews and suggest long-standing problems that have not been addressed.
- What did you like most?The property was in a great location for us. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was incredible! Everyone was so nice and friendly and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible!
