Overall a positive experience
- What did you like most?Comfortable a clean rooms. Restaurants and lounge were very good, food and service.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Concierge and front desk service was lacking, asked about having a hair blowout somewhere, gave one suggestion,and said if we wanted any help from them it had to be within the n xt 20 minutes as they were leaving for day (4:30p) and it would have been extremely helpful for the front desk knowing we were checking out Sunday to have informed us of the city marathon that day, to be prepared for delays in transportation.
