Great location, comfortable facilities, but...
- What did you like most?Location is great, facilities are clean and comfortable, staff is nice.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I was supposed to get a $15 credit for food, but despite asking twice, I did not see the discount on my final hotel receipt. Also, on our last night at the hotel, our next door neighbors were being very loud from 3 am to 5 am (clearly inebriated), which caused us to not be able to sleep. Despite calling the front desk and them sending security, nothing was done about the situation. I saw security walk by the room and walk away without doing anything.
It need work on staff...
- Was there anything you didn't like?The valet told us we had to valet when there was self parking and claimed that they were on call all night. It was not true and took over 30 min to get our car back and we were almost late for our Flight
