  I want to start with the people — because before the location, before the beautiful minimal design, before how perfectly clean and well-situated this hotel is, it is the people who make this place truly exceptional. From the very first moment, the warmth, kindness, and genuine care of the team made all the difference. A heartfelt thank you to Meryem, Joseph, Zenia, Catalin, and Hany at the front desk — every interaction was thoughtful, professional, and deeply human. You don’t just do your jobs well; you make guests feel seen, safe, and genuinely welcome. And a very special thank you to Marco, the revenue manager, working quietly behind the scenes. His compassion, flexibility, and understanding are something you simply don’t see often anymore. In a world that has become increasingly commercial and transactional, gestures like his are rare — and unforgettable. Yes, the hotel is beautiful, stylish, spotless, and perfectly located. But that’s not why I’m writing this review. I’m writing it because you have people running your business who are human. They care. They love what they do. And you can feel that passion in every detail, every conversation, every decision. And finally, congratulations Daniele, the Hotel Manager. Having a team like this doesn’t happen by chance.
