- What did you like most?Great location right in the middle of Tribeca. Room was clean. Shower worked well. No real complaints with the facilities.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room was fairly small, even by Manhattan standards. The WiFi was also a little slow by Manhattan standards. There was only one elevator in service, which led to a bit of a wait from time to time. We also had a bit of a frustrating experience where, on arrival, we were told that our queen room wasn't available and that we would be in a full room instead and reimbursed for the difference. It then took a little while, and a few more communications, before the reimbursement was processed. But to their credit, the staff were ultimately accommodating and apologetic with respect to the reimbursement, so I think this was probably just a one-off issue.
