• What did you like most?
  I had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Grand Istanbul Şişli! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and located in one of the best areas of Istanbul — close to great restaurants, cafes, and shopping. My room was spotless and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and professional — always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I’d definitely stay here again the next time I visit Istanbul. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

• What did you like most?
  I booked the Deluxe Room without a window, but Mr. Pasha was kind enough to upgrade it to the Deluxe Room (with a window). Mr. Mustafa, my concierge, was very professional, and after helping, the room provided all the needed information. The hotel is located opposite Sisli Camii (Shisli Jame Masjid), making it very convenient for Muslim guests to offer prayers at the Masjid. Even though drivers are very accommodating of people crossing the street, traffic can sometimes be an issue when crossing the road. However, a nearby traffic signal can provide a safe crossing. The location is conveniently situated next to numerous shops, multiple restaurants, banks, a large grocery store with a vast fresh produce section, and especially Javaher Mall (Cevahir Shopping Mall). Metro stations and bus stations are also nearby. The Hotel Restaurant opens up at 7 am and serves breakfast till 10 am. The breakfast served offers a diverse selection of items, ranging from fried eggs and cold cuts to cheese, condiments, honey, jams, and cereals, all accompanied by a choice of tea, coffee, milk, and juices. The rooms were quiet and there was no disturbance. Elevators are fast and of sufficient size. Room service asked me multiple times for permission to clean the room, which, as a single occupant, I didn't need to do often. However, once I agreed, they promptly did so. I used the library multiple times to meet with my colleagues; the business center was available, but it was sufficient for only one person. I was so satisfied that I decided to extend my stay further, and Mr. Pasha and Mr. Isa helped me get a good offer.
• Was there anything you didn't like?
  The central air conditioning in the room was slow to cool initially, but once it started functioning properly, it maintained a very cold temperature. Upon check-in, there was a faint noise coming from the AC unit, but hotel maintenance addressed the issue after two days without my request. The room lacked universal power outlets; all available outlets were either Type C or Type F. The hotel shop sold an adapter for Type G plugs for 124 TR, which is approximately 3 USD. There was a slight odor in the room, but it dissipated once the air conditioning began to work effectively. After five days, a smell developed in the bathroom drainage, which also disappeared after a day.
