- What did you like most?Check-in went smoothly, very nice, competent staff. Comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was excellent. Good selection of breakfast items, especially the fruit. Very nice restaurant staff.
- Was there anything you didn't like?No bottled water in the room, had to request it. Not a problem. We signed up for the shuttle to the airport but our name was spelled wrong on the driver's list. The driver was annoyed because he had to double check it at the front desk. We told him we were flying Delta but did not give him the terminal number. He dropped us off at terminal four instead of three. We asked him if it was Delta's terminal and he said yes. We had to spend $20 (dollars) to go from terminal four to terminal three. The driver needs to be better informed and more helpful.
